Shenzhen Huaxin Anti-Counterfeiting Technology Co., Ltd. has manufactured security labels in Shenzhen since 2008. We are a TÜV Rheinland Audited Supplier (report MIC-ASR262171), operate a 1,500 m² factory with 60–100 employees, and run a monthly capacity of 510,000–1,000,000 labels across more than 60 anti-counterfeiting technologies. Our work serves brand protection programmes in North America, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and West Asia, including alcohol and tobacco brands in Europe, Russia, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Nepal and Kenya.
What we manufacture as an anti counterfeit labels supplier
Our product range covers the formats most often specified in brand protection programmes:
- Holographic laser labels — metallised and transparent holograms with registered imagery, used on cartons, closures and primary packaging.
- Double-layer anti-peel labels — labels that delaminate on removal, leaving a residue layer behind so transfer to a counterfeit pack is obvious.
- VOID labels — tamper-evident constructions that reveal a VOID message once the label is lifted.
- QR variable data labels — serialised, uniquely encoded labels printed with variable data for track-and-trace and consumer verification.
- Scratch-off labels — concealed codes for authentication campaigns and reward programmes.
- Tax stamps — excise and duty stamps with layered security printing.
- Cigarette and wine labels — security labelling built for the handling, humidity and abrasion these products encounter in distribution.
If your programme needs a combination—for example a holographic substrate with a scratch-off panel and a variable QR code—these are produced as a single construction rather than assembled from separate parts. You can review the wider range on our security labels page.
How anti counterfeit labels are built in our factory
Security labelling is a manufacturing discipline before it is a design exercise. Three things determine whether a label survives its journey and whether the security feature remains intact when someone tries to remove it: substrate control, registration accuracy, and consistency across the print run.
Our press room runs 2 eight-colour PS plate offset presses, which handle the colour-critical work and fine line detail on holographic and printed security labels. Three high-speed hot-stamping die-cutters apply foil and complete the die-cutting, so holographic and hot-stamp features are registered to the printed image rather than applied as a separate operation. Three colour variable QR-code inkjet printers produce serialised data at production speed, which is what makes item-level coding practical at our volumes.
For holographic work specifically, the interaction between the hologram, the adhesive and the release liner decides whether the label tears, lifts cleanly or transfers. That is why holographic constructions are specified together with the adhesive and the release liner, not as a print layer alone. More detail is available on our holographic security labels page.
Capacity, lead time and specifications
Buyers usually need three numbers before they can plan: how much we can produce, how fast, and what the specification envelope looks like. The table below sets out the figures.
| Item | Detail |
|---|---|
| Manufacturer | Shenzhen Huaxin Anti-Counterfeiting Technology Co., Ltd. |
| Manufacturing since | 2008 |
| Location | Shenzhen, China |
| Factory area | 1,500 m² |
| Employees | 60–100 |
| Monthly capacity | 510,000–1,000,000 labels |
| Anti-counterfeiting technologies | 60+ |
| Lead time | Within 15 workdays |
| Audit | TÜV Rheinland Audited Supplier (MIC-ASR262171) |
| Certificates | Available upon request |
| Main markets | North America; Southeast Asia and Middle East; West Asia |
Two notes on how to read this table. First, monthly capacity is a range because output depends on construction complexity—a plain VOID label and a multi-layer holographic scratch-off label do not consume press time equally. Second, the 15-workday lead time is a production figure; artwork approval, material availability and shipping are separate and are confirmed at quotation.
Matching the label to the threat
Different counterfeiting problems need different answers, and specifying the wrong construction wastes budget without reducing risk.
Where the threat is refilling and reuse—spirits bottles, cosmetic jars, chemical containers—a double-layer anti-peel or VOID construction is usually the right starting point, because the evidence of tampering stays on the pack. Where the threat is mass-produced fake cartons, holographic laser labels with registered imagery raise the difficulty of reproduction and give inspectors a fast visual check. Where the threat is diversion and grey-market movement, variable QR data provides the serialisation layer that lets you trace individual units through the supply chain.
Regulated categories add their own requirements. Tax stamps for excise goods are specified market by market, and our tax stamps page covers the constructions we produce for that purpose. Alcohol and tobacco work also tends to demand abrasion resistance and adhesion that holds under condensation, which affects both material choice and adhesive selection.
We would rather ask about your substrate, application method and inspection process than recommend a feature because it is impressive. The 60+ technologies we hold exist so that the specification fits the threat, not so that every label carries every option.
Working with us
Huaxin is a factory, not an intermediary. Enquiries come to a team that can speak to press capability, material behaviour and data handling directly. Our about page sets out the company background and the audit status in more detail.
For buyers in North America, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and West Asia, we are accustomed to export documentation, artwork cycles across time zones, and the practical questions that come with shipping security-printed material. The company profile describes alcohol and tobacco brand work across Europe, Russia, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Nepal and Kenya, and the same export routines apply there.
If you are at the specification stage, the most useful thing you can send is a sample of the pack you are protecting, the application method, and the counterfeiting scenario you have observed. From that we can propose a construction, confirm feasibility against our equipment, and quote.
Request a quote for anti counterfeit labels
Tell us the product, the substrate, the approximate annual volume and the security features you are considering, and we will respond with a proposed construction and pricing. You can send your requirement through our contact page, and if you are still comparing formats, start with the security labels overview or the holographic security labels range before you write the brief. Certificates are available upon request.
FAQ
What is the minimum order quantity for anti-counterfeit labels?
MOQ depends on the construction, the number of print stations and whether variable data is involved, because set-up time is a larger share of cost on short runs. We confirm MOQ together with pricing once we understand your specification. Send your label size, material preference and estimated annual volume and we will quote against them.
How long does production take?
Production lead time is within 15 workdays. This covers manufacturing after artwork approval and material confirmation, and does not include shipping transit time or any pre-production sampling. If your programme has a fixed launch date, tell us at enquiry stage so scheduling can be checked before the order is placed.
Can you combine holographic, VOID and variable QR features in one label?
Yes. Combining a holographic substrate or hot-stamped hologram with a tamper-evident VOID layer and a serialised QR code is a normal multi-station construction for us. Feasibility depends on the exact layer order and the substrate the label is applied to, so the layer order and removal behaviour are confirmed on samples before a specification is committed.
